Founder & Managing Member
Patsy formed Impacto, LLC to fill a significant need in the marketplace for organizations to develop their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and help clients realize the untapped potential of elevating diverse voices in their ESG journey.
Prior to Impacto, Patsy leveraged her multicultural expertise as manager of Noble Energy’s community relations program and ESG communication strategy in Colorado where she led its award-winning outreach initiatives surrounding oil and gas development. Prior to Noble, she managed member relations for Tri-State Generation and Transmission, a power supplier in the western U.S.
Patsy was named Top Women in Energy by the Denver Business Journal in 2017. She was appointed in 2021 by Governor Polis to the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission, and she serves on several boards including the American Red Cross of Colorado and Wyoming, the Denver Public Schools Foundation and the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Patsy earned an MS in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado, a Graduate Certificate in Communications Management from the University of Denver, and a BA in Economics from the University of Kentucky. She is a graduate of the Colorado Governor’s Fellowship Program and the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Denver Class of 2017.
Sahil leads Impacto’s digital strategy work. With years of experience in the digital space and digital marketing, Sahil brings knowledge, experience, and new ideas to each of his projects. He most recently served as vice president of technology at Native Rank, a leading national digital marketing agency. He has successfully implemented and executed project plans for more than 500 brands ranging from mid-size companies to large enterprises and has increased client revenues by creating customized apps and software solutions.
Sahil prides himself on his ability to learn about each client’s businesses on a fundamental level before formulating a plan of action for a successful project and believes that facilitating inspired collaboration is crucial to yield tangible long-term results.
When he’s not working with clients or contributing his thoughts on the technology, marketing, and digital landscape, Sahil can be found hiking and exploring in the Rocky Mountains.
In her role as content strategist and lead writer for Impacto, Mary works closely with clients to create communications that authentically represent their brand and drive growth. Mary brings a wealth of expertise in communications strategy and execution.
She has deep media and community relations experience, having started her career as a television producer and working at news stations in Wyoming and Colorado. She has held communications leadership roles at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, the Colorado 4-H Foundation, and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Cooperative Association. Mary has been a contributing writer for Colorado Country Life Magazine, industry publication of the Colorado Rural Electric Association, and held a substitute teacher authorization from the Colorado Department of Education.
Mary earned a B.A. in Communications from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Mary enjoys building new relationships through her work, mentoring youth, cooking, and gardening.
Director of Photography/Cinematography
Matthew brings three decades of professional cinematography experience to his role at Impacto. He works as a director, field producer, video editor and managed high level television broadcast projects and creative services.
Matthew’s clients include NBC Sports, Esquire TV, MSNBC, Weather Channel, Outdoor Network, Tecomate Wildlife Systems, Bass Pro Shops, Hyatt Place, U.S. Marine, Sea doo, Tervis Tumbler, MSNBC, GMA, NFL, Food Network, Travel Channel and Land Rover Adventure Series. Matthew earned his degree in Film from Full Sail University, Winter Park, Florida. He has also held positions at several news outlets and is a consultant in business development, sales strategy and training for Canon USA.
Matthew enjoys training others in photography and making sure the challenges of a production are taken on with passion and artistic drive.
Multicultural Market Strategist
Andres Chaparro provides strategic cultural expertise for Impacto’s multicultural outreach and bilingual services.
He is the founder and principal of 1903 Media Agency, a managing partner of El Comercio de Colorado newspaper and Casa magazine, and the owner of Los Parceros Colombian Restaurant in Denver. For nearly a decade Andres was the president and general manager of Telemundo’s Denver television station, where he managed its broadcast, sales, marketing and digital operations. He has held positions at Spanish language television stations in Albuquerque, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Chicago. He began his professional career at an international advertising agency in Bogota, Colombia.
Andres is the recipient of numerous awards, including Emmy awards, the Denver Metro Chamber Champion award, and the NFL Hispanic Leadership award.
He earned a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from Politécnico Grancolombiano University in Bogotá, Colombia and is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy in Denver.
