Patsy Landaveri is the founder and CEO of Impacto, an early-stage company delivering advanced Regulatory Technology solutions to the energy sector through its Litico™ platform. With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Patsy has focused on external affairs, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Her personal experience growing up in energy-scarce Peru fueled her passion for energy and environmental sustainability, shaping her career path.

Patsy has successfully engaged with regulatory agencies, influenced state energy policies, and developed strategic solutions for the industry in Colorado. She was named one of the "Top Women in Energy" by the Denver Business Journal in 2017 and "Top Women in Business" in 2023. Appointed by Governor Polis, she served as vice chair of the Colorado Gaming Commission. Patsy is also a board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has served on non-profit boards, including Denver Public Schools and the Red Cross of Colorado and Wyoming. Additionally, she serves on the advisory board of the Institute for Science and Policy.

An alumna of the University of Colorado’s MS in Global Energy Management program, Patsy holds a Graduate Certificate in Communications Management from the University of Denver and a BA in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
