Patsy formed Impacto to close the gap between businesses and their impact on the world. Impacto is an ESG technology and a full-service consulting firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado.   

Under Patsy’s leadership, Impacto helps organizations develop, measure, and evolve their ESG strategies, creating long-term value by moving beyond the good to have to measurable actions that weave ESG principles and practices into their organizational DNA.   

Originally from Peru, Patsy brings decades of experience in the energy sector, having led ESG communications strategies and award-winning stakeholder outreach initiatives for oil and gas operations and utility providers.  

Patsy is a graduate of the Colorado Governor's Fellowship Program, the Denver Metro Chamber's Leadership Denver Class of 2017, and was named a Top Woman in Energy by the Denver Business Journal in 2017. Patsy is actively engaged in the community and serves in several non-profit boards. She is also a member of The Institute for Science & Policy’s Strategic Council.   

An alumna of the University of Colorado’s MS in Global Energy Management program, Patsy holds a Graduate Certificate in Communications Management from the University of Denver and a BA in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
